Our Personal Support services offer assistance to adults with developmental disabilities, tailored to enhance independence and personal growth. These services are provided in various settings, including the participant's residence, place of employment, community, or any other chosen location based on their individual schedule and preferences. These services are individualised and designed around each participant’s personal resources and goals.
We provide Supported Living Services designed to meet the unique needs of each participant, empowering them to live independently and actively within their communities.
Qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) will deliver person-centred support that aligns with each participant’s preferences and goals as outlined in their Person-Centred Plan (PCP). These services will help participants develop essential self-direction and problem-solving skills for daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities (IADLs), while promoting engagement in meaningful communities.
We recognise that both participants and their primary caregivers or families deserve short-term relief from their daily routines and caregiving responsibilities. Respite Care (Daily – CLGH) services provided by Angels Touch Support Services offer temporary relief to families or primary caregivers by ensuring participants receive quality care in a safe, supportive, and licensed residential environment. This service allows caregivers to rest, attend to personal matters, or take a break from continuous care while maintaining the participant’s health, safety, and daily routine.
When driving becomes challenging for our esteemed clients, they can rely on our compassionate care professionals to safely provide transportation to various appointments and activities such as: Doctor appointments, Worship Services, Senior Centre, Fitness Classes, Museums, Volunteer Meetings, and Club Events. Private duty: Our Compassionate Care Professionals deliver personalised, one-on-one care to clients in private homes, nursing homes, assisted living residential facilities and memory care units.
